As most Lithuanians would agree, the perfect sauna adventure begins with the right atmosphere. Usually sauna is located in a wooden hut near the lake. You will be driven to the right place and start your ritual. Bath brooms, natural herbs, salt and honey all is needed.
Everything starts with by getting whisked by an experienced sauna master, what improves circulation, massages and relaxes the muscles. When the skin is ready for a body scrub. After this ritual you take a short swim in the lake. The next step is foam washing. After it you receive a honey massage and relaxation. All those rituals are incorporated with swims in a lake (even in winter) and wonderful company from sauna fans.
